         <description><![CDATA[&#160;ST. CHARLES&#160;• The 69th annual&#160;Moolah Shrine Circus parade willl be held at noon on Saturday in St. Charles.
The&#160;parade will head south on North Riverside Drive, ending at the parking area for the Lewis and Clark Boat House and Nature Center at Boone's Lick Road.&#160; Until recent years, the parade was held in St. Louis.
There will be more than 100&#160;parade units. The staging area will be at ACF Industries, 602 North Second Street.
